We never see or store your card details.<\/li><li><strong>Communication:<\/strong> emails, enquiries and feedback you send us.<\/li><li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address and browser and device type, logged by the web server for security purposes.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"21c5a3dd\" class=\"oigus-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"21c5a3dd\">3. We do not use them in advertising or show them to others without your clear permission.<br><strong>An unordered project<\/strong> (a design you have not ordered) is deleted 40 days after the last change.<br><strong>An ordered project<\/strong> and its files are kept for 400 days after the order, so that you can reorder the same product and we can handle any complaints. After that they are deleted automatically.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"71683f4e\" class=\"oigus-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"71683f4e\">5. Google Photos, Facebook and Instagram<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"oigus-tekst e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"26a578\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"26a578\">Our online editor (Taopix Online) lets you pick photos directly from your Google Photos, Facebook or Instagram account. Access is granted only with your consent and only to the photos you choose. We use this data solely to make your product and never sell or share it with third parties.<br>Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.google.com\/terms\/api-services-user-data-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google API Services User Data Policy<\/a>, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke access at any time in the security settings of your Google or Meta account.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"e2b0920\" class=\"oigus-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"e2b0920\">6. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"oigus-tekst e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"4ac21f06\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"4ac21f06\">We share data only as much as necessary and only with partners who have signed a data processing agreement with us:<ul><li><strong>payment provider<\/strong> (Montonio) \u2013 to process payments;<\/li><li><strong>delivery providers<\/strong> (parcel lockers and couriers) \u2013 to deliver your order;<\/li><li><strong>Taopix<\/strong> \u2013 to provide the online design software;<\/li><li><strong>Printbox<\/strong> \u2013 to provide our previous design environment (omaraamat-online.ee) during the transition period;<\/li><li><strong>web hosting and IT service providers<\/strong> \u2013 to run the website, shop and email;<\/li><li><strong>Brevo<\/strong> \u2013 to send the newsletter (only with your consent);<\/li><li><strong>Google and Meta<\/strong> \u2013 only if you connect your Google Photos, Facebook or Instagram account to select photos (see section 5) or allow statistics and marketing cookies;<\/li><li><strong>public authorities<\/strong> (e.g. the Tax and Customs Board) \u2013 when required by law.<\/li><\/ul><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 data-interaction-id=\"43a9feaa\" class=\"oigus-h2 e-heading-base e-default-h2\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"43a9feaa\">7. Transfers outside the European Union<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"oigus-tekst e-paragraph-base e-default-p\" data-interaction-id=\"64aa2da7\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-id=\"64aa2da7\">Some of our partners (for example Google and Meta) may also process data outside the European Economic Area.
