These terms apply to orders placed via omaraamat.ee. Because every product is made from your own photos, some rules differ from an ordinary online shop \u2013 especially regarding returns. Please read them before ordering.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

You design the product in our online design editor and place the order through the online shop. The contract is concluded once you have paid for the order and received a confirmation from us by email.
We may refuse to fulfil an order only for a justified reason, for example if its content violates the requirements of section 7 or the product cannot technically be made. In that case we will let you know and refund the full amount paid.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

All prices are in euros and include VAT. You will see the delivery cost before confirming the order. The price shown in the online shop at the time of placing the order applies.
You can pay by bank link or card. Payments are processed by secure payment service providers and we never see your card details.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

4. Production and delivery<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

A standard order is usually ready in 3\u20135 working days, plus delivery time.
An express order is ready within 24 hours for an extra fee (\u20ac25).
Print runs (from 8 copies) are ready in about 5 working days.
You can pick up your order yourself at Vabriku 6 \/ Valgevase 13, Mon\u2013Fri 9:00\u201317:30.
Before Christmas and during the May graduation book season, production may take longer. If your order is delayed, we will let you know. If the order has not reached you within 30 days, you may withdraw from the contract and get your money back.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

5. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Photo books, calendars, canvases and other products with your photos are made to your specifications. Therefore the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Estonian Law of Obligations Act \u00a7 53(4)(3)).
If you buy a product that has not been personalised for you, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, write to info@omaraamat.ee<\/a>. We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, but may withhold it until we have received the goods back. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

6. If something is wrong with the product<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If the product has a manufacturing defect (for example a printing error, faulty binding or damage in transit), please let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. We will fix the problem by making a new product or refund your money.
You have the right to submit a claim about the product's non-conformity within 2 years of receiving it. A defect must be reported within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after discovering it.
We are not responsible for errors arising from your own design \u2013 for example typos in the text, low-resolution photos, or colours that differ from what you saw on screen due to the natural difference between screen and print.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. Your photos and copyright<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use all the photos and texts you send for printing. The photos and designs remain your property \u2013 we use them only to make your product.
We do not print content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others (including copyright) or harms children. We may refuse to fulfil such an order.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

8. Liability<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We are responsible for fulfilling your order properly in accordance with Estonian law. We recommend always keeping a copy of your photos, as we are not responsible for preserving your original files. These terms do not limit the rights a consumer has under the law.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

9. Personal data<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

10. Disputes and changes<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first \u2013 we will find a solution. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority<\/a>. Disputes are resolved under Estonian law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force at the time of ordering.
